The Service Provider accepts no liability for adverse reactions or consequences resulting from the Client's failure to disclose complete and accurate health information.
The Service Provider reserves the right to decline a treatment if proceeding could pose a risk to the Client's health.
All tools and equipment are sanitised before and after each treatment in accordance with applicable hygiene regulations.
VIII. Quality Guarantee
The Service Provider guarantees the quality of each treatment for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the appointment, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- the Client followed the aftercare instructions given by the Service Provider;
- the reported issue is not caused by external mechanical damage (impact, scratching, etc.);
- the Client reported the defect promptly with photographic evidence.
The guarantee does not cover modifications or repairs made by the Client at home, nor pre-existing health conditions. If the issue falls outside the Service Provider's responsibility, any correction will be charged to the Client.
IX. Intellectual Property
All text, images, videos, and other content published on the Service Provider's website and social media platforms are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials in any form without the Service Provider's prior written consent is prohibited.

X. Termination
The contractual relationship terminates:
- upon completion of the service;
- by mutual agreement;
- by immediate termination by either party, if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
The Service Provider is particularly entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Client behaves in a disrespectful, abusive, or threatening manner.

The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for the operation, content, or data processing practices of third-party services.

If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, the Client may seek further remedies through the competent consumer protection or dispute resolution bodies in their jurisdiction, or ultimately through the courts.
XIV. Final Provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law.
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The Service Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally (in particular due to changes in legislation or business circumstances). Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the website and do not affect agreements already in place.
